[EAS] Activity at the FCC

Hi, Eric -

As we know, IPAWS is FEMA's roadmap for a variety of warning paths of which EAS is only one.

Again, where FEMA stops, I would think the FCC is supposed to pick up the ball when it comes to CAP for EAS.

We can only hope.
