[EAS] The Alaskan EAS test

Hi, Ed:

Thank for pointing out the You Tube link. I believe there was some traffic on this a while ago but today is the first day I have had some time to look at some of these links.

This one does indeed say its an EAN. Better audio. The person voicing could use some voice coaching, but definitely an improvement.
