[EAS] New posting on the EAS Forum website: Early Holiday Present: FEMA Course Available Now for Online IPAWS Training

FEMA's Emergency Management Institute released a new online course that provides training for emergency managers and others on the Integrated Public Alert and Warning System (IPAWS) on December 14. 

Couple with upcoming congressional action the Broadcast Warning Working Group (BWWG) hopes gets bi-partisan support, this training will be very helpful in getting more local and state emergency managers to partner with LECC's and SECC's to improve EAS.
