[EAS] EAS on Internet Streams

PEP stations are good, but there was a time when FEMA/White House Com agency were directly connected to the networks. I never did understand the reason(s) why these circuits were removed. Something about saving money, but there was deafening silence when pressed for more info. 

Seems to me in this highly connected world the technology and bandwidth are cost effective to re-establish direct connections between FEMA and all major networks for distribution to affiliates. If FEMA does entertain this idea, I would also hope they would also include video, audio, and data in the stream(s).
