[EAS] EAS on Internet Streams

My NPR equipment that receives EAS is backed up by spares that I kept when NPR discontinued their use. I have 8 spare 'demods' and 1 spare downconverter. It is as robust as the day it was used for primary NPR programming delivery.
It would be wonderful if FEMA discovered that national program networks including NPR are a good national delivery system. They have been overlooked.
