Yes, Ed - we realize that.  What we're discussing is how a CAP- GMC message might be converted to a SAME code for legacy EAS boxes.

Which is not in the documents; but which is required.

As such, it's a valid topic of discussion... especially as most of the folks who are manufacturing both  legacy and Next Generation EAS equipment are members of this list.  In other words, we're brainstorming.
