Stations "likely to be the ones buying a converter" do not necessarily belong to a class of those having trouble configuring their system. In fact, we have a lot of users that are pretty savvy with configuration of all types that have had no difficulties. Most stations already have their EAS systems configured, so they only need to configure the converter.

That's good.  I'm glad to be wrong about that...Frankly, the stations that are more likely to have trouble with configuring the system are more likely to be the ones buying a converter...
