Tom,

IMHO those are the only two codes a station needs.

I totally agree that technology has leaped past understanding.  I 
spent hours yesterday trying to program some IP devices.  Ultimately 
I gave up and called a friend.  He showed up and in a few minutes 
recognized the problem and replaced one Cat 5 Ethernet cable.

Tell me again why we need something more complicated than 12AX7's (or 
2N2222's) and relays.
