[BC] How would you build it?

May have been a gutless wonder but I've known a couple of folks who got 
badly bitten by its HV.  One was simply spraying WD-40 on the bearings of 
the cabinet fan at the top and arc'ed right to the can!  Yes he knew enough 
to be dangerous, an announcer and wannabe engineer.
