Most likely, your ISP has implemented new "spam" fighting techniques,
and is tossing most of your legit traffic.
This list, is working fine as it always has.
We know with certainty that all posts originating from yahoo, aol, and
a few others, are being silently dropped by any ISP that recognizes
the new DMARC **really** bad anti-spam idea. ( and more than likely
a good portion of all of your email, legit or otherwise )
( it's even worse than spamcop, if that's possible )

Bnet has had severe problems for some time, and management AWOL,
so that one doesn't surprise me.
It existed ( very broken ) July 2, but apparently disappeared somewhere
 around then.
Maybe it still exists, but the registered top level DNS machine for it
seems to be AWOL as well.
Maybe, the technical contact phone number still goes somewhere,
but I'm not interested enough to find out.
It's been so broken for so long, I couldn't post, or unsub, except
on very rare random occasions, for at least a year.
Fortunately, it has/had so little traffic it really doesn't matter.
