[BC] wiring blocks

We wired the core of our plant with DB, but employed RJ/CAT5 liberally
elsewhwre. It was a real time saver to employ the XLR/RCA/TRS dongle and
use pre-made cables to jumper from source to node/blade.

When you are building on a comprssed time line, anything to save hours of
soldering or tooled connectorizing can make or break a deadline.
