[BC] wiring blocks

Numerous problems. When I stopped using them 35 years ago it was neatness, compactness, organization and security ( exposed contacts ) fast forward to the next century and the ability to pass data is added to the list. There are just other superior solutions that have been around for quite a while now. 66 blocks have no redeeming qualities.
