 The 66B blocks are a solid wire only, insulation displacement block
 rated CAT-3.

 The wire will work fine, but I'd be leery of trying to put network on
 them for more than very short distances, and not expect anything
 more than 10BaseT with any reliability.

 There's reason these days I go with Krone whenever possible.
