[BC] 66b3-50 Punch Blocks

These will all be the 66B version.  I am pretty sure that their IDC forks work reliably with Cat5 but was wanting a little more verification before ordering a box full.  I am almost 100% sure that the problem that my assistant had was related to the existing blocks having been used and not cleaned.
