 It's well established that the FCC trumps any local law or ordinance
 regarding radio of any kind, yet Virginia continues to "outlaw"
 radar receivers, a clear violation of the Communications Act.
 Virginia judges continue to rule against the Constitutionally
 clear right to receive radio signals, and punish citizens for
 complying with the Communications Act.

 So, we have clear precedent that federal trumps local, and
 we also have clear precedent that local trumps federal.

 I guess you pick whichever "law" suits you, and ignore those
 with which you do not agree !
 That's certainly the legal precedent, is it not ?
