[BC] No time for pirates

See my extended opinion at af at radiolists.net  It's too bombastic for the main list.  You folks are all kidding yourselves about pirates. In this land of Rule of Law, the law is the law, period. That applies to drugs, prostitution, arson, and illegal radio transmissions and every other illegal human activity.  The reason pirates are getting away with their nefarious deeds is Rule of Law is withering on the vine, and the scofflaw criminals are increasingly emboldened.
