[BC] Harris MW-5 update ( patched.... not fixed )

Thanks to all who responded off list.

There were multiple ( additive ) problems with this old transmitter
in addition to various metering positions not indicating ... including  
FWD power.  ( sigh )

Generic NTE / ECG transistors were replaced with proper value and gain  
transistors and we found that most of the small signal capacitors were  
dried out or at 1/4 value.

Dirty can't convey the condition of 20 years in an unfiltered environment.

How 12 KV could survive ?  .......... I just shake my head.

Anyhow... It's been kinda fun going back and re-educating myself on these
old classics.
