[BC] No time for pirates

 If the FCC does not do its job of "regulating" __my__ spectrum space, then perhaps I should "help?"

I have reported many pirates and all I get for the effort is:

The solutions are simple:

 Fire everyone in the FCC and start over ;
 Fire everyone in the Congress and start over;
 Fire everyone in the Executive and start over;
 Fire everyone in the Judiciary and start over.
