At what employee count does that kick in?  I seem to recall it was in the
mid-hundreds. They didn't have that many people employed in the USA.  I
think they had less than 100.

It would be interesting if Nautel or Gates Air steps up to obtain their
assets. It would be a logical fit for Nautel since they're launching TV
starting low.
