If I recall correctly, that schematic would be contained within any of the following console manuals:

AMX
ABX
STX

It may also appear in several accessory manuals as the VP module could be used within:

EXP-11
Newsmixer
Stereomixer

But I think you're going to have more luck finding an ABX manual than an EXP-11 manual.
By the way, as I recall it *you* designed that VP module when we worked at PR&E together.  
You don't have your designs committed to memory?  :)
