[BC] Need for traffic signal-style timing light

Shane:  Thanks for the URLs.  Looks like the TS Controls Model TS10 is the drug of choice. It sequences 3 lights in a variety of ways, including closing N/O contacts and/or setting timing for each light.  That'll work.  I can have a guy with a stopwatch push the button and change the light seen by the 'talent.'  Beats a groupie with a handful of cue cards.

Thanks to everybody for helpful suggestions.  You guys come through every time!

BTW: Mr. Cowboy, Sir., yes, COTS is an acronym that is used everywhere in the Federal gummit. They use it in their make or buy decisions, e.g., is there any COTS hardware 'out there' (the real world outside the Capital Beltway) that will do the job? $600 toilet seats were COTS, Saturn V rockets were not, etc. Army cots are COTS (;->)).
