[BC] Need for traffic signal-style timing light

Our neighborhood hardware store used to sell something that goes between the light bulb and the socket. It was a little disc with contacts on each side. It made the light bulb blink, but not in sequence with the others. Every Bar in the French Quarter who had a blinking light used them.
