Akron, actually, for the RF 24 "digital replacement translator." Shaker 
Heights is the COL for WOIO's main signal and gets enough of the RF 10 
signal that it doesn't need a translator.

Indeed. I was staying in Solon (SE corner of Cuyahoga County, for those 
not in the area) earlier this week and got a decent 19/RF 10 signal 
indoors, but had to struggle to see RF 8.
