Yes, I saw this. Becomes another nuisance report, and "revenue enhancement" opportunity. (Presumably if you don't report they will now either come visit or just send an NOV).

Note that they want information on equipment in use, monitoring, etc., etc. This can also get to be fun for states like WV where the state plan includes stations that are no longer on the air, etc. etc.
