The FCC has Rules which specify which contours may be used in coverage maps
used for sales, etc. If you have your original FCC Form 301 application it
should have a contour map included in it. You can transfer the contour onto
a newer, fresh appearing map for publicity purposes.

The FCC website's AM and FM Query have polar plots of directional patterns
which gives you a visual representation of coverage, albeit not in contour
form.
