That's why I put "Kids" in "quotes".  And your premise about annoying 
spots sticking in one's brain doesn't hold if the spots never air.

We're non-commercial, so we don't HAVE paid spots.  If the PSA is too 
annoying, the CD goes in the trash.

(Remember when at least you'd get a free cart or short reel of tape out 
of a useless spot?)
