I 100% agree.  That the 1st Amendment protects ALL speech is a common misunderstanding. 

When he crossed the line into general trash, threats and attacks in print, he crossed MY personal "red line" as an employer.   Having an altercation with someone is one thing but getting on twitter and telling the world about in overly colorful terms is entirely another.

And it  wasn't just a single tweet.  Yet another case of someone letting their mouth (or keyboard as it were) get them in trouble where no trouble existed. 

But...  He is a shock jock.
