There is no question about free speech. Not an issue whatsoever. They're 
an employee of a non-government companywhich can dictate limits.  The 
1st Amendment only applies to the government and their imposition of limits.

Anyone who says so needs to re-read the constitution and re-take their 
civics class(es).
