Milt: You got it right. 15s and 30s are most effective. Especially simple easy-to-grasp messages. When I was PD at my last station, I didn't allow 60s except for political ads from agencies which came with an ocean of money. Bought some new gear with it. Say what you want about Harry Reid, he sure spends money on radio in Nevada when he runs for office!
