[BC] Commercial Creativity

I'm not sure how many stations think about how commercial content can 
affect their overall ratings.

People will hang on thru some spots but others ("Kars-for-Kids"?) drive 
folks right to the dash board.  And with so many presets + iPod +wifi + 
+, they don't come right back.
