Did anyone hear the the reporter say the whole crew was in their 20's.

Something clearly was short cut. One doesn't lift 1800lb arms randomly. 
With all the RF equipment these days being mounted at the antenna, the 
arms are getting increasingly heavy.  I wonder if the crew tried to 
mount everything to the arm and then hoist. It would save a lot of time 
in the air.  Problem is....what they found out. It was too heavy to lift 
using the rigging hardware at hand.And an experienced rigger would have 
known that.

The other question is whether that procedure was dictated by the design 
engineers or the rigging company to save time?  This may be a very 
crystallized example of the rush at all costs work habits of the 
industry taking significant risks for no good reason.
