Yes, absolutely !
Off hand, I can think of a few ways, none of them cheap.
Now, if cost is a concern, I'll back off of that statement.

That would certainly work, and I think so would a ring diplexer.
In fact, the closer in frequency, the better the ring works.
A bit of real engineering would be called for.
