 I've generally found that pushing ( as best you can ) from one end,
 while simultaneously pulling works best.
 Second, is to continuously shake the conduit as the wire is pulled.
 Must shake it hard enough for the wires to "bounce" off the surface.
 You might also put a shop vac on one end, and suck some dry lube
 through the whole thing, also while shaking the pipe to distribute
 the lube as much as possible.
 *Never* use wet lubes. They are about as effective as wet paint,
 and with the same predictable final results. ( cables firmly
 cemented in place )
