[BC] DTV Signal penetration

I can see the top half of the TV towers in Roxboro from my second floor window
and can even see them driving down Rte 30 in my car - yet I can not pick up
DTV channels two (My TV)  six (ABC) and 12 (PBS). All the others (which are on
UHF) come in perfectly.

Last year channel six got authority to quadruple their power too - I'm
wondering what would happen if the noncoms that are (now) being clobbered by
them asked for an offsetting power increase.
