 I could support that, except that it'll change at the next election and
 next round of appointing political cronies.
 The Constitution being a "living document" tends to make that happen.
 Remember the AM expanded band rules ?
 Build it, then either the standard band or the expanded band station
 **must** be terminated with prejudice.
 That got changed real fast, after they were built.
 In fact, I'm not sure *any* AM got turned off as the conditions of
 permit grant required, ever ?
