[BC] Translators for AMs...

It will likely not be anytime soon since it's part of the current NPRM on
improving AM. They need to comment on the proceeding first and make it
known they want the service.

I will say there is an increasing amount of chatter opining the use a
translator will only hasten the demise of the AM band. Not help it. I'm
aware of one commenter who will propose any AM's operating a translator be
given a choice. After 10 years, they return one of the licenses.  If they
choose to stay on FM, they would be limited to the 250W power and their
present contours for ever.
