[BC] SBE Life Membership Changes

I had an employer, and then a client like that until I told them 
engineers are a fraternity of professionals and help each other when in 
dire need. I then asked if they'd prefer to be off the air for a day or 
two while parts arrive from afar, or on the air through a favor of a 
colleague in a few hours. I never heard again about the matter.
