[BC] SBE Life Membership Changes

Being a long time member, past chairman, director etc of Chapter 26 SBE Chicago, and national level director, I have never heard of any SBE event being used for collective bargaining talks.  All the meetings have been technical discussions usually by vendors, providing valuable insight into technology and applications. We all "rub elbows" at media events, conventions, e-mail etc if we wanted to discuss wages, hours, terms and conditions etc. I am fairly certain that all the GM's are aware of SBE since SBE does frequency coordinations and other inter-station  engineering for pool coverage of events.
