[BC] Getting rid of copper

The CLEC is offered "internal" pricing not wholesale. Now various LEC's claim that "internal" and outside pricing is the same.
As a registered CLEC I have to pay the tarrifs on any lines in my inventory that are active.
I had to register as a CLEC many moons ago......to sell dialtone over the SMR. Back in those days we switched our own DID trunks and provided 1+ LD using the old LD pick codes like ATT was 1028801+NPA-NPX-XXXX
The root issue is simple, have you ever seen the tarriff tables for LATA / INTERLATA.
With copper everyone gets a cut the LEC the State, the terminating LEC and thier State and Uncle gets paid both ways.
