If it's the LCD front using the membrane switches without the AUI and 
inane menu tree, that was a farmed out industrial design team ( as I was 
told) who had no idea how to design transmitter interfaces anddismissed 
when Peter Conlon came on board.  Same folks who did the XR series of 
TX's. At least those haven't started failing.
