Establishment is still rock'n and WKEG-LP is still on the air at the bar
location (FCC CDBS and Google earth street view photo - you can see the
2-bay antenna on the bar's roof).

Owner of Rock'n Rick's signed the LIMESTONE COMMUNITY RADIO renewal
application in 2006.

A couple of years ago, I saw an LPFM station fitting that description on US
219 about a mile north of the PA-NY border: WKEG-LP in Limestone, NY.

The facility is co-located with a bar that probably did most of its business
with the Bradford, Pennsylvania crowd before 1985 when New York raised its
minimum drinking age to 21.  Not sure if the bar or station are still in
business.
