[BC] AND... CDBS is teetering under the LPFM crunch.

A couple of years ago, I saw an LPFM station fitting that description on US 219 about a mile north of the PA-NY border: WKEG-LP in Limestone, NY.

The facility is co-located with a bar that probably did most of its business with the Bradford, Pennsylvania crowd before 1985 when New York raised its minimum drinking age to 21.  Not sure if the bar or station are still in business.
