[BC] Low cost analog to AES3 converter?

I agree with Peter that this is an inexpensive option and the product has
great flexibility.

The Behringer SRC2496 isn't the best sounding converter but I doubt you'd
notice it for broadcast purposes.  I use them for HD radio to drive AES
inputs of Importers.   Reliability?  They do get the job done.
