[BC] Another tech suit

There has been much discussion of this happening in other circles. 
LightSquared made it very well known they were going to try and find a 
scapegoat for their dimise. Lightsquaured must have secured the services 
of a law firm not on contingency as this suit has very slim chance at 
getting to trial on the merits.
