[BC] Another tech suit

Here's the Wall Street Journal story--may be partially blocked by a pay wall:

Here's the lead:

"LightSquared on Friday filed a lawsuit against Global Positioning System makers and industry groups, saying their failure to disclose that LightSquared's network could cause GPS problems drove the company into bankruptcy."

Didn't see any argument about agreements or promises made by the GPS makers.  The basic argument is realy screwy.  Sort of like building your garage on your neighbor's property--being ordered to tear it down by the city because you lied in the building permit--then suing your neighbor because he didn't tell you that you were on his property!

I'd say Phil Falcone's chances hover between slim and none.
