[BC] Another tech suit

 They apparently assume that they will be able to find a gullable non-technical jury to hear this case. "Golly! You didn't tell me I was doing the wrong thing until I spent millions doing the wrong thing....."
 
Anyone who understands how GPS works knows that there needs to be enough front-end bandwidth in the receiver to handle the Dopper shift, both coming and going. These satellites are not standing still!
