 I wouldn't say socialist.
 Just that there are those who would game the system,
 ( regardless of stripe )
 aided by elected lawyers in power.

 The state of the US Patent system is one that lends 
 itself to excessive gaming.
 The US Medical system is too much another.
 One appears to be poor regulations, and the other
 driven by exploitation of emotion.
