Inside Radio is reporting a new patent troll (Wyncomm Delaware Radio
Technologies) is suing over patent infringement concerning HD Radio (IBOC)
and it's simultaneous data and audio transmission properties.

If you are in possession of HD radio gear, you'd be well advised make
counsel aware of this matter and keep in touch with Ibiquity on who will
lead the defense.

Just another reason to avoid or delay implementing the system without a
valid business model and revenue stream in place. At least until the
matter is disposed.
