I agree with Bruce 100% on this. I had a blower go out on a dummy load and
the manufacturer said I had to buy 12 if I wanted one because they were
custom built motors and no longer in stock. I pulled out the yellow pages
and found a local repair shop and called them. He said bring it over and
with a quick look up of the numbers he discovered all he needed to know and
said I'll call you in a few hours. I went to lunch and he called me before
I was done eating and said come get it. Cost was $80. It's still in use
daily kicking on and off and that was over 5 years ago. He made what was
good even better and I'll visit him again if I have another motor go out.
YMMV

Tom,
Try contacting a local motor repair shop, and it may be quicker for them to
repair the motor. I had a similar problem with the blower motor for an
HT-10 and I got the motor repaired and only paid a bit more for rush
service. It was much less expensive than buying a new motor at $1500 versus
$120 for the repair.
Good luck,
Bruce
