[BC] Sound level measurement, New Orleans

I have a situation where studio monitors, played a Low level, are heard in
an adjacent office. Typical hi rise with shared a/c provided by the
landlord. 

 

Need someone to measure the SPL in the studio, and then in the adjacent
space, and learn what's going on. 

 

>From the complaint, if the monitors are on even at a whisper, the neighbor
hears them. 

 

Even better if someone is familiar with mitigating this type of problem. But
for now the need is to document what is going on, not just "we hear the
music and don't want to hear it". 

 

Part of the need is for a neutral party to do the measurements.
